Father of 4-year-old twin daughters, Adam has been running the e-commerce agency Lemonade Creative for 15 years. Throughout his career, he’s built and managed high-profile digital experiences for brands like Goop, Cravings by Chrissy Teigen, and La Ligne—helping them scale to reach massive audiences and boost engagement. With a passion for solving real-life challenges through innovative tech solutions, Adam ensures BNCH provides an intuitive platform that parents genuinely love to use.

Eviana Hartman, Head of Content

Mother of Clarisse (8), Eviana is an accomplished writer who has contributed to Vogue, T Magazine, and other top publications. Her knack for storytelling and editorial expertise brings BNCH’s content to life with authenticity and warmth. Eviana’s goal is to make sure every parent feels seen and supported, whether they’re reading tips for traveling with toddlers or diving into community conversations about navigating a new school year.

Ned Lampert, Creative Director

Father of Summer (7 months), Ned previously served as Executive Creative Director at Space150, where he led brand strategy and creative for clients like Nike, Call of Duty, Apple, Beats, and Red Bull. With a proven track record in building compelling brand identities, Ned oversees BNCH’s look and feel—ensuring our app is not only functional, but also a visually engaging and inclusive space for modern families.
